Two thirds of Americans share our homes with pets, or companion animals, and many of us consider these animals to be members of the family. Because we love our animals, we expose them to a wide array of human/animal interactions: they accompany us on walks, at restaurants, at work and on our daily errands. We train them, groom them, buy them special food and presents, provide them with the best veterinary care, and worry about what will happen to our animal companions if we can no longer care for them. Our animals, their actions and their needs intersect with the law in many ways. I offer help with:
